Am subash from india my age is 20 ! and am a university student and also am one of the junior bodybuilder ! i started my bodybuilding carrier at the age of 18 , with god grace , he showed me the way of journey towards my bodybuilding carrier , at the age of 19 i started doing competition my category is both men physique and bodybuilding ! my first competition is open district competition held at palanzhi .. i didnt placed at my first competition .. i failed at many times but nothing stops me from trying . i tried again and again ..after 3 months i placed a open tournament bodybuilding competition in chennai with gods grace i won that competition ! yes my friends , hardworks never fails , after that i placed many competetion open tournament ,district , state, nationals, all India university , mr.india etc..

CAN I GROW TALLER ?
Unfortunately height is mostly about genetics, if both your parents are short, most likely you will be short too. One thing that may help is stretching every night before bed. I found that helped me, Also if you are under 19 years old you are still growing and may still be taller.
MASTURBATION AND MUSCLE GROWTH :
Masturbation has no effect on building muscle. However avoid doing this before training as it uses energy and your focus should be on having the best workout possible. This will require lots of energy.

Anabolic steroids can be used as performance-enhancing drugs that increase muscle mass and decrease fat, as well as causing many undesirable effects. Some athletes, weightlifters and bodybuilders take them regularly to improve their physical performance and build up their bodies
WHICH SUPPLEMENTS TO USE ?
Supplements are not essential when looking to build muscle or lose fat. They are the extra touch or icing on the cake. However if you are struggling to build muscle getting in extra calories from a mass gainer can be helpful. I use 100% Whey Protein and Creatine to build lean muscle.

Follow these tips:

TRAINING:
Unfortunately you cannot target specific areas of fat in the body eg. Lots of bicep curls will not burn arm fat.Cardio can be a great way to burn excess calories. This will help you lose fat. Go for a walk or run to get abs.If you are unable to go to gym do Push ups, Pull ups, Squats, Lunges and Sit ups at home every day. A variety of these exercises can be done eg. Decline Push ups and Close grip Pull ups. Everyday trying to do more than the last. If that becomes too easy use a back pack and add some weights in it. Can even use books too add weight.
SIDE NOTE:Remember "abs are made in the kitchen" so stop worrying about ab exercises. If you burn more calories than you consume, you WILL lose fat. Follow these tips and you will have a 6 pack.

WANT BIGGER ARM SIZE ?
To build arm size focus on your Triceps as they are most of the arm. Make sure your elbows are warm, rope tricep extensions are good for this. Heavy skull crushers are a great exercise to put mass on.For Biceps a common mistake is using your shoulders too much. To solve this pull your shoulders back and shoulder blades together. Heavy curls will build size (Barbell, ez bar or dumbbells).

day 1 chest class ( flat bench press )
day 2 lat ( lat pull down)
day 3 biceps and triceps ( bicep curl and triceps push down)
day 4 shoulder ( dumbbell press)
day 5 legs ( barbell squats)

GYM WORKOUT FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMAN
Day 1: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Biceps, Triceps
Chest – Barbell Bench Press – 4 sets of 8 reps.
Back – Lat-pulldowns – 4 sets of 10 reps.
Shoulders – Seated Dumbbell Press – 4 sets of 10 reps.
Legs – Leg Extensions – 4 sets of 10 reps.
Biceps – Barbell Bbicep Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps.
